Dear reader,

My name is Pamela Solares. I’m a Honduran-American artist and cultural worker based in Broward County, Florida. I am passionate about making art and art education accessible for my community, as well as finding opportunities for local creatives to showcase, make, and sell their work.

I initially developed my portfolio as a photographer and filmmaker inspired by artists like Nan Goldin and Ryan McGinley, and have since stepped into the world of experimental photography, exploring how to manipulate the image beyond internal changes from a camera.

Most recently, I’ve begun teaching myself the process of creating cyanotypes, and will continue to broaden my creative sphere to find what works together best to represent the little universe inside my mind.
